Redesigning cargo trailer

I was looking at prices for used trailers and the cheap ones come with internal accessories (fridge, beds, etc...) that will need to be thrown out or replaced, anyway. So I was wondering if it is possible to buy an empty cargo trailer and redesign that for camping purposes. I can throw down a mattress on the floor and use a portable toilet, so that's not a problem. Small desks and everything else can also be bought. The question is where to get such a trailer.

Looks kind of pricey. Many used travel trailers sell for less.

A quick search for "enclosed cargo trailer" on ebay turns up a few hundred you could look at.
