I'm having a hard time finding info on torque specs. So if anyone one has done this replacement I would appreciate it. I have two size bolts one pitment arm and steering knuckle.

You should be able to get a Ford F53 chassis service manual, e.g.on Ebay or Amazon. The paper manuals are pricey, but the electronic editions usually are not. Here's one for a Kindle reader. And a DVD version.
