Duncan Systems is the administrator for glass claims for several insurance companies including ours, Progressive Insurance. IIRC they are located in northern Indiana near Elkhart and handle a variety of RV services.

When I call Progressive they issue a claims number and hand you over to Duncan. I am in the middle of a claim with them at the moment and they are working with a local glass company I asked to be the installer.

Same here duncan handled mine as well. Went smoothly.
