Should I get a Exhaust Brakes

Have a 2003 32 foot class C camper on a ford frame V10 Installed a Banks exhaust brake eng and transmission I can keep up the same speed 65mph all the way up 98% of hills. This camper goes like a raped ape. I get 9 miles per gallon while pulling a saturn on a tow dolly. Cost installed was around 3800.00 as you know ford V10 is famous for exhaust manifold  bolts to break, I had 2 of them that had to be drilled out BIG LABOR
 
Im thinking Banks exhaust brake components and Banks transmission retarder also.
I read they come together. Watch a video and seem they had a better flow, of course they made the video.
