@Ex-Calif.
I bought the hitch almost 3 years ago, & can't seem to find the place I got it from. Here'a a couple links to similar hitches, unfortunately, they're quite a bit more than I paid for mine.

@Old_Crow;
My trailer came with the 12" wheels, no modification required.

To the OP:
I apoligise for hijacking your thread, please forgive me....If I'd had any idea this would happen, I would have started a different thread.

Got to deck the small trailer yesterday and added a front triangle of decking by adding two 45 degree 2x6s screwed into the frame first. Stain will be put on before I build the stake sides and tailgate. Gonna put a small lip edge on the triangle area.

Finally got around to deciding how to outfit the storage on this little trailer. Decided on removable totes from Wally World....$60 for two delivered to my door. Here's the mockup, will be getting them "built in" and secured this weekend. They will remain removable, but will be strapped down somehow for travel over rough terrain behind the four wheeler.

Also wound up with an extra sheet of T1-11 that will be the subfloor on the 4x8 Teardrop, it goes on this weekend as well.

Finally back to working on the now 3 HF trailers. Finished the second utility trailer today except for the tailgate section to be built later on. This one is primarily for the four wheeler.

Decided on this type of camper known as a Square Drop. Starting the plans tonite for a rustic version of this idea and then work begins.

I have a similar utility trailer from Northern Tool, formerly Northern Hydraulics. I made a wooden railing system but did not bolt the verticals through the stake pockets. Instead, I used a bolt with a cotter pin for easy removal. I also used the attached corner brackets so the whole rack system is stable and strong.

I had used the trailer to carry my 12 ft row boat, so being able to pop the rack system off is handy. I put Marine grease on the bearings and made a set of bunks that wing nut down to the trailer and there is a keel wheel on the trailer frame just in front of the trailer bed. It was a pretty sweet little setup

I didn't screw mine in either but they are as tight as they can be due to the pockets having been bent a bit over time. This railing isn't going anywhere unless I break out the sawzall.

Very cool projects, mine I did about 25 years ago? HF small trailer, maybe a 3x5 or so? New longer tongue, tires bearings etc. All new wiring and LED lighting. Decked with PT decking, up to the triangle, ramp the could be stowed below and wheel chock fr motorcycle. At the time I had a small Alpha Sport 250 we would take camping at the beach and have an ice cream night machine, towed behind truck camper. Possible pics here in forum archives, but this was like 1997?

Fun project, ended up leaving it in RI when we mov ed to FL and gifted to a buddy who now lives in Maine. Wonder if it still exists.
