Sofa Bed Problem

The electric sofa bed in our Winnie is hanging up on one side. I can't see any obvious obstruction but the right side starts to deploy and the left is not moving at all. I've seen previous posts regarding this problem and there is mention of synching the motor. Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to do this or any other tips? We recently had our carpet replaced with wood flooring and the installer had to remove and reinstall the sofa. This was done by an experienced rv tech but he swears that they only moved it!

The cable drive has come loose on one side. I have re-secured both of mine in the past ...crawled under and secured it in pkace w/tape as I recall
