Sorry to hear about your difficulties. It ain't fun when you make a mistake like that. Glad to hear that it's getting repaired.

Hope you can get here by Saturday noon. At 3:00pm, we will have the Steel Band from the Tucson high school here at the park. They come every year and put on a great show. If at all possible, you should try not to miss the prefromance. Look them up on  youtube to see what they are like.

Well, as you know I didn't make it.  I am at Lake Havazu City, Beachcomber RV Resort. I will stay here for a week before heading down there.

BTW, I  had breakfast with Bill (HueyPilotVN) and after that went to see Bill's  very nice house and large RV (in an RV garage!). And shared a few stories about our experiences in Vietnam, etc.

Chet, you probably have been wondering where I have been.

Well, I am taking even a lot more time than I expected. I spent the last several days in Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Mon. and did a lot of hiking.  Now I am in Sahuarita staying over night at the Desert Diamond Casino as I am meeting somebody here in the morning from one of the motorcycle forums.

But tomorrow, I will be in Tucson and I will probably stay there for a full week also.  So it will probably be another week before I get there at the  SKP RV Park.

Just saw your post. You can stop at our SKP park in Benson. It's at mile 295 on AZ hwy 80 about a mile south of Benson. Here's a link for a coupon for one week stay for $50. We 22 miles from Tombstone and 7 miles from the caverns, plus a lot of other neat places to go.

I finally made it! I just arrived a few hours ago. And thanks for that one week stay coupon as I am now using it.

I am just across the road from you in lot 37. That old junky Class C Tioga. If there is an orange electric motorcycle in front of the RV, it means I am inside the RV (most likely). I just went over by your RV and yelled  "Chet!" and got no response so I returned back to my RV to type this.
