This is like asking a sailor where his best duty station was.  The answer is usually,"the last one."  I've been to some not so good ones but they all have there own special beauty to them.  The real beauty is being able to pull the plug and move on to the next one to see what it has to offer.

This summer we REALLY enjoyed Klamath River RV Park in Klamath, CA. couldn't find it from work.
Jeff
I'll second Jeff's recommendation.  I also like the River Bend RV Resort just west of South Fork, CO.

Bear Paw II in Valdez, AK. Here's a shot from the back of our campsite.

I've been to Bear Paw, but I got there by cruise ship. It had some gorgeous views!

Very well put.  After all, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...always. I think every reasonable RV park or other spot has their own interesting beauty... something you haven't seen before.

Among the choices are Mountains, Rivers, Lakes, Seashore, Flat land, woodlands, wild life etc, etc.
I too have been in hundreds and some really dog-ones. (By sheer necessity..they don't count)

Enjoy every new spot and learn about the abundance of interesting things to learn about our great country.  I could not rate any spot as being the most beautiful. Eye-candy isn't everything.

End of my philosophical rendering.

Merry Christmas to All.

Most Beautiful? wow, that's tough. quick trip down memory lane: Port Townsend RV park (http://www.portofpt.com/point_hudson.htm) right at the edge of town was beautiful, as is Zepher Cove (http://www.zephyrcove.com/accommodations/zephyr-rv-campground.aspx) on the SE end Lake Tahoe. As a kid, a place I visited with my Mom + Dad, 5 Islands National Park in Nova Scotia (http://www.novascotiaparks.ca/parks/fiveislands.asp) was very cool.
I have read reports and seen pics from some RV parks along Baja Mexico I can't wait to visit.
Most beautiful will probably be the next one I go to with our new roof completed and done :)

There are many beautiful places. My choice Tahquamenon Falls State Park (Michigan)

The park is not so much but the falls themselves are lovely, The water cascades down golden due to the trees along the shore tinting the water, and in terms of Gallons per minute it is something like #2 following Niagara.

Wow that sounds great I will be there next summer.

A place we camp at every year in the fall but will also be there this spring, Petit Jean State Park, near Morrilton, Arkansas.  The sunset is beautiful from Mather Lodge.  Plenty of trails to hike and Cedar Creek Falls.  We love it.

I can't say it's the most beautiful spot where I've camped, but the campground at the Hoh Rainforest in Olympic National Park on the Washington peninsula ranks right up there with the best. I stayed there three days in October, and those were the wettest days I've ever endured. It literally rained the entire time I was there.

There's a good reason it's called a rain forest, huh?

The pictures show my rig, parked in the rain, my view out across the Hoh River, and my neighbor, the bull elk. He was bedded down no more than 100 feet from my camper.

It was a great experience!

we drove my friends dp  to the east coast of canada last summer pulling 5 touring motorcycles. we camped on cape breton island and rode the bikes around the cabot trail. full days ride along mountain coast lines . spectacular scenery. probably not the best for motorhome travel with all the hills but it is rated as one of the top 5 drives in the world. the east coast is beautiful. the bay of fundy was nice too. highest tides in the world .

One of our most memorable was a night we spent at Devils Tower NM in WY one May.  We were headed east to visit family and were going to visit Little Bighorn, Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore and the Badlands on our way.  We had not planned on spending the night at Devils Tower but to some delays that's where we ended up.  The view from the campground was spectacular.

DW and I are planning to go back to Colorado and spend more time visiting that beautiful state.

Been a while, but in 1993 we took a cross-country vacation with our children while they were still living with us, and stayed in some wonderful spots.  I think the most beautiful of all - in my mind - was the campground in the Grand Tetons.  We found a spot on a lower loop right by the lake... no sites on either side, and no sites between us and the lake, and only a few yards from the water... it was like we owned the place all by ourselves.  The lake was calm, and the Tetons reflected on the water like a mirror, with the peaks still covered in snow. We had actually planned on just an overnight in the Tetons on the way to Yellowstone, but ended up staying 4 days there, and only two in Yellowstone, because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave that view.  Highly recommended if you're headed that way (but if you are in our campsite when we go back, I'll flatten your tires (LOL)).

Mid Hills Campground in the Mojave National Preserve  - http://www.nps.gov/moja/planyourvisit/campgrounds.htm

It was off season and we were able to get a site in the rear of the campground with a really nice backyard.  The stars at night were typical desert incredible of course.

We like out camping as isolated as possible, quiet..
