I have a 2017 F250  XLT 6.2 with 3.73 gears, pulls our camper great. We have a 2018 Salem 27RKSS. Pulled it in the Black Hills of South Dakota this summer and didn't have any issues pulling. Our CCC is listed as 3294 on the yellow sticker. I believe the 2017 and on have higher capacities due to the aluminum bodies and upgraded frames.

You should do GREAT with that setup.  The TT only weighs 7220 GVWR, or only 800 - 900 lbs of hitch wt.  The OP was asking about a FW with 15,000 GVWR and a pin wt of 2800.  That is twice the weight being towed and three times the weight being carried by the truck.  This is comparing apples and watermelon.

Great info for other readers towing a TT.
