Trailer Wiring

I have a 2002 Santa Fe and I picked up a generic wiring harness, it has 5 wires into a black box and 4 coming out to the adapter.  I know where the harness is on the vehicle.  Are there any good diagrams out there to help me install it to the correct wires?

Are you looking for info on the Sante Fe wiring or the correct wiring on the trailer side? And do you have instructions identifying the wires on your generic harness?

I think I'm ok with the generic harness colors but I need to identify the colors on the santa fe side, I'm not sure how to identify the wires there.

Sorry - can't help with the Sante Fe color codes. Might be just as easy to connect the harness to the wires at the tail &  brake lights, so you know what you have.

Otherwise, a Hyundai dealer might need to be consulted.  Or there is a Hyundai owners forum here: http://www.hyundai-forums.com/
