Ah! I did not realize the trailer had a previous owner. Must have mixed that fact earlier. Yes, I would be suspicious of a poopy tank.

Retired Army Colonel owned it so I imagine it was well taken care of, I found his old contact info and have been thinking of calling the number. What do you guys think?

VERY carefully!  ???  Actually, I'm just going to ask him about what he had worked on and did he notice and black tank issues and does he have the records for work that was done or the location of the place that did so I can contact them and get copies.
