im trying to find out if anyone has used the usa travel care extended warrenty service

We have a 4-year plan on our Brave and have used it a couple of times with fair results

I have no experience with that company, but you might want to check out our Extended Warranty page; Click the Resources button above and scroll down the menu to Extended warranties.

We've got a service plan thru USA Travel Care ... and have used it for a couple of issues (two separate claims associated with an issue with the coach's air leveling system and one claim for a failed hydraulic pump motor).    We were pleasantly surprised to find that our claims were processed and paid without any issues.

Like most extended warranty contracts - they have specific requirements that insist they be provided with a detailed estimate of costs (specific parts, specific labor amounts, etc.) which they must approve before the work is performed.  Once authorized, they pay the shop directly.  You'll pay the shop for your deductible (as well as for ancillary costs such as shipping charges for parts that must be ordered, any travel costs your repair shop may charge IF you're having work done on site, etc.).

We followed their rules - and had no problems getting the work approved and paid for.    All in all - we've been pretty happy with the contract so far.
