Just to follow up on this, it was indeed the passenger-side exhaust manifold donut gasket. A pretty easy swap. Also had them replace all the spark plugs and wires, since the wires were a little burned and it was original plugs. Engine running quiet and smoother than it was before the gasket blew.
Of course, now I'm noticing a little bit of fluid leak out of what I think is the master cylinder. So, it's always something. :/
