We have a new Pinnacle washer/dryer Super Combo, washes great but can't seem to dry anything! Anyone else have this problem too? Are we just overloading it for the dry cycle?

These dryers work on 120V not 220V like those in your home. They take a LOT longer to dry things. Some dryers are vented and some models are not, the non-vented versions take MUCH longer to dry stuff. Overload can happen easily and also cause the problem you describe.
We do not used our Splendide combo dryer as the clothes are spun out so well they are almost dry when the wash cycle has finished. We hang them out to dry quickly.

Similar here. If it is something we can hang dry, we do.
Ours is a vented combo (likely Splendide) and it takes forever to dry.
