Wendy:

Green is for those little storms you get in the high country. When it turns purple run for cover.

In fact, the CC&Rs require a shed for storage, but we'll plumb it for water and sewer and wire it for electric.  They don't allow tornadoes in that county :)

Ned, for your shed amenities, you forgot the walk-in winecooler/cellar. You could even use it to make your own cactus wine.  :)

Carson, we have enough prickly pear to make a few barrels of wine :)

Tony was at the lot this morning and started clearing the excess cedar and brush. With a lot of that out of the way, it?s easier to visualize what the finished product will look like. We have a few details to discuss with him, but we now have a nearly complete plan for the lot. Here?s some pictures of the lot as it looks today with descriptions of what you?re looking at.
In order, you?re looking north up the driveway from the road, south down the driveway to the road, northeast at the 2nd RV site, east down the driveway to the 2nd RV site, north at our RV site, and south over the driveway from our RV site.

For more info of what has been happening since we arrived in Spring Branch go to our blog at www.usabyrv.us

Right after the tennis courts and baseball diamond.  Not enough room for a football field, unfortunately.

Ned:

That's OK, just as long as the parking area for Karl and us is paved. ;D ;D

Paved with good Texas stone.  And I won't try to make any money on the electric either :)

If you really want to go swimming, Canyon Lake is just a few miles away.  Or you can wait for a good rain and dive in the drainage ditch.

Bernie, so will we.  We don't have quite as many deer in the area, however.  But Potter's Creek park has a large herd for those that want to experience the wildlife :)

Great news, now if we can only figure out how to schedule it in on our travels.

Ned, just so you know that a forum member came by to visit.  We stayed at the Rio Raft RV park just below the lake a couple of months age and I decided to try to locate your property. We found what I think was the right place. A keypad gate blocked the entrance, with big white letters of " ------ Estates"  on the gate. Since no one was around we didn't get past the gate, but it looked like a great place to have a lot, real nice country around there.  I know you weren't in town at the time, but were we at the right place?
