You will need to provide more specs on the truck and trailer. What is the GVWR of the camper, gas or diesel truck new or used...etc.

Yup, need much more info. What model trailer, weights (pin, gross, etc.), where you'll be doing your towing, how often, etc.
F350 with a diesel. ;D Ok I'm partial to Ford but as mentioned the weights of the trailer are the big keys here. Will this be a daily driver or just a TV for the camper? Do you plan on long distance towing up and down hills or mainly flat roads. Manual or automatic transmission? Sorry for all the questions but these are things that can make a differance small and large.
