Where to put our furbabies?

Unless it is restrained in some way what keeps a crate from being thrown around and banging into things in an accident?

I may have solved our issue. I bought a mat/bed and it fits perfectly behind the drivers seat and the slide so the girls, I hope, will be comfy there. If hubby stops short there is no place for them to go. They aren't the type to wander around the MH while driving. We can say "In bed" and they will stay there or I'll seat belt them in with me. I did buy two car seat harnesses if I am sitting on the couch, they can sit with me. They haven't been in it yet so this is all a learning process and they are only 1 1/2 years old so haven't done a lot of driving when we pulled our travel trailer but when we did they sat on my lap, which one is doing right now and the other is behind me.
