Not necessarily. It would take about 12 hours to recharge a lead acid battery from depleted. And you'd never want to deplete it. 50% is reasonable but that would then take about 8 hours to recharge. If this was a trailer or fifth wheel then you can only stuff 10 amps down the wire so if you had two 100 AmpHour batteries that would take twice as long.
