Can someone please tell me at what point will the gas flow cut off to the generator to allow for the RV to have enough fuel. 1/4 tank 1/8 tank etc..?

Most are set for about 1/4/tank. Several years ago, we were waiting to fuel up and I had uncustomarily let the tank get to about 1/4. As I started to pull up to the pump, The gennie quit. 
After filling up, restarted gennie and went on out merry way. ;D

Ours is 1/4 tank as well, yours is also probably 1/4 also. You can test it by trying to run the genny below 1/4 tank.

I would test it out so you know before it "bites" you at some point ...mine does not seem to have a cut-off that I have yet hit...

Both my 06' Meridian and the 10' Journey both have the generator pick up lines installed at the 1/4 tank level. Probably a Freightliner thing.

My Coachmen (Ford chassis) cuts off at 1/4 tank.
