Winterizing a VIA

Having just purchased a VIA with a "Waste Pump" I am questioning the winterizing of this pump.  This pump pumps the gray water out when needed.  The gray tank does not have a gravity flow.  Here is my question.  Does the gray tank need to be flushed with antifreeze because of the pump?  I am guessing the pump is going to need to have antifereeze run through it.

Interesting situation.  Any tips about the question in the owner's manual?  We have some VIA owners here, maybe we'll get some input from them.  My guess is that the pump should have antifreeze run through it, but that's a guess.
