wiring

ok i'm down to wiring on my remodel i'm going to replace most of the particle board on the floor with plywood so while I have the floor up I want to get all of the wiring done.  so after reading page after page I see a lot of people are changing to residential refrigerators so I've decided to do the same since I have to replace mine anyway.  ok what I've done is installed a power strip and two outlets dedicated to my inverter one powerstrip for my computers, phones,ect. and one outlet for the frig and one outlet for the tv.  these are the only things that will use the inverter.  so my question is when I use my gen or shore power will there be a conflict between my inverter and converter as far as the batteries being charged
