Captain Chris steers us safely around the California Delta, while Liliane navigates. Terry is fishing the Sacramento & San Joaquin rivers for a couple of days. I won't comment on the catch, but Terry says I distracted him as he was reeling in the big one.

Was wondering what that row boat looked like.  Have a great cruise and good luck with the fishing.

LOL Ron. There have been numerous prior discussions here with photos of the old tub attached.

Thanks Dale. Yes, that young man has a permanent job washing the boat.

In true Nathan style, Terry & Liliane found a much larger vessel that they'd be more comfortable in; Check the background of the first photo. They sure look like they're comfortable around and on the water.

I had the net ready to land the big one, but Terry's 'big catch' turned out to be smaller than the bait.

Brunch yesterday being prepared by Liliane as we swung on a hook in the San Joaquin River. Terry was nowhere to be seen; He must have been trying to catch the big one.

Tom,

Here's one of the yachts in Antibes that Terry was looking at back in 2001. I think it was one of the smaller ones we saw that day. :)

Jim,

Our boat might work as a dinghy for that yacht  ;D

I'm sure that Liliane could work marvels with that big catch. She does a great job on the barby with halibut.

Chris even let me have time at the helm on our way home. Photo by Liliane.

Hey Tom

Great boat !!!

Not bad for a coal miners son from south Wales..............are you sure dad didn't own the pit  ;D

Paul

Thanks Paul. Terry and I have talked several times this week about how extremely fortunate we both are.

.... are you sure dad didn't own the pit

err, no; They were all owned by rich English folks, along with the company stores and the schools where they beat the kids for speaking their native Welsh. If you get an opportunity to watch the movie How Green Was My Valley you'll understand  ;D

Yes, but none that I remember that really gave a good overall of the boat.  How about something like that?

Tom

I would rather be in those rollers in a sailboat.
