Happy Thanksgiving to forum members, our USA friends and relatives. This is truly a time for us to be thankful; We landed at SFO 42 years ago with the clothes on our backs, and worked our butts off to build a new life. In return, USA/CA life has been good to us, and we've been fortunate to have a number of great friends, both on and off the forum.

Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends in the forum and to those we haven't yet met.

It is a great day for giving thanks. We have friends coming over because their three sons are not available to Thanksgiving at home. Two are deployed and one is a first responder on duty today. We always set an empty place just in case someone should happen to arrive and needs to feel welcome.

What time do you want me there? 😂🤣😅.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Very thankful and blessed. Wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, safe travels, and if you can't make this day be the special family gathering day, plan the day for when you can.

Grateful the Executive Department (I'm Management -- she sets policy and I execute) and I are aboveground.

Eat well and prosper.

We are having dinner at my son’s house later, but I still have the ham and a sweet potatoe casserole to finish. The dressing is done and mellowing flavors, just needs heated up. One pie is done too, but another to make. Having almost all the family together is cause for Thanksgiving for sure.

Chris and I have celebrated Thanksgiving in numerous places over the years, including home in CA, the MidWest, Maui, the UK and Hong Kong. Several years we celebrated Thanksgiving aboard our boat, along with other boating friends; Chris cooked turkey on a rotisserie in the cockpit and fed the gathering.

One year, it was just two of us berthed at South Beach Harbor, near the SF Bay Bridge. Chris had the rotisserie running, and folks were coming off their boats up and down the docks to investigate where the unmistakable smell was coming from.

Happy Thanksgiving one and all! Was down at the beach this morning and there were tons of RVs set up and folks cooking their Thanksgiving dinner. Tons of seagulls perched on the lights just waiting. Mine! Mine! Mine!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.... My wife has spent the last 48 hours preparing enough food for 30 plus people... It will only be 7 people so I'll be eating leftovers for the next week..lol.
