I fortuatly live right under the center of the path. We'll have a family viewing party. I also travelled to Oregon, just north of Bend, for the last eclispe.

I travel and camp with a 15y/o+ dog and a 7 y/o ferret. Both old ladies - but lots of fun and wonderful companions. And yes the ferret goes out for walkies on a leash.
I had a class A for years - my 1st. class A was in 1988. It's always been me and my dog - now on the third dog. Then I bought a new class B. Much more sprightly and easy. I've also added a ferret to my traveling companions.
YES I travel and camp with a dog and a ferret. They both love it!

Also Go West - 2 weeks is enough time for MI Upper Peninsula & even out to Copper Harbor. Also to Glacier Nat. Park.

With any propane appliance - including heaters - inside an camper, a CO detector is a MUST for safety.
Battery long-life, small, cheap detectors are available.
