Last week we drove to a family funeral in So Cal. We had to swing through AZ, so we went i-25 south through Denver, etc. We got shut down in Castle Rock due to a blizzard. Cracked us up.

We got hit here in the Black Hills. We're on the Wyoming side. More today. It's not as bad as everyone says.

We do that when we can. We had 4" of snow here in No. Wyoming yesterday. It didn't happen much in the last few months.

Your home must be=bigger than mine. I had no luck with that.

We just relocated to the Wyoming side. Love it here. Sure beats that So Wyoming weather.

One of the funny things we have here is that no matter what we have tried otherwise, we have to hide the smoke alarm when we make toast and some other things. No amount of windows open, planning, etc., prevents that sucker from going off while toasting. Let's hear your odd, quirky, or funny...

As we look to upgrade (we're full timers), we realize that we hate going to the laundry mat, but already do fine on a full size bed. If the rig has another room to sleep in when we aren't sleeping well together, all the better. W/D over king sized bed all day for us.

We have propane delivered. Our sewer connection is under our coach, and it is skirted. Most have that. Often the water inlet is the same. In NE Wyoming.

Mrs. Fan and I live full time in NE Wyoming in a TT. It's doable. The issue I hear with your plan is that you won't be there to maintain it. I have found that I have to adjust things - heat, electric, water, hose, etc. - to keep going. If you are going to park it and have it waiting there...

We almost did the tankless WH thing. Went with a new shower head. Worked well. DW?

Isn't there an app for dogsitters or dog walkers? Maybe in the off times you need to, get one of those.
