    Its clear the advantage is for the dealers and sellers in this market. I really wanted the Grand Design and was shocked that it was available so close to my location. It was listed MSRP at 110k, he dropped to 89k, then dropped to 82k plus TTDMV fees brought it up to 86k. It's a hot market here...
