    Water Hoses

I saw these at Lowes and thought they would be good for the camper but a friend bought one and said it made the water taste like it was coming from an old rubber garden hose.  Have any of you noticed a taste difference?? Jack

    San Diego Suggestions

We stayed at the Chula Vista RV Resort and throughly enjoyed our stay.  It is a bit pricey ($85/night) but very nice with beach access and fun activities.  Very nice dog walk area and dog wash area. Jack

    Ford Diesels

I have a 2013 6.7 diesel F-250 and have about 55,000 miles on it (bought it new) and have had absolutely no issues with the engine.  It pulls a 9,000 lb TT with ease and again no problems. Jack

    best choice for seniors

We have a F250 also and we bought a 31' trailer (overall tongue to bumper is 35') and it is about 9000 lbs. loaded. It pulls very nice and seems to be a good size for the wife and I (both nearing 70) to go out for a few days or weeks at a time.  Jack

Campground in St Louis and Memphis..

We  stayed for 4 days at the Graceland RV Park in September and would definitely stay there again.  Spaces were adequate and facilities were clean.  It is located directly behind the Heartbreak Hotel, which is closed now due to a new larger hotel being open across the street, and you are close...

    EMS Power Monitor

An EMS will monitor the flow of electrical current and will shut down if the voltage goes too high or too low and it will check the system for a "hot" ground or other conditions that could damage your RV or components you have in it.  In the case of high or low voltage, the EMS will disconnect...

    Power Protection

I need to buy a power protector and am considering both the Camco Power Defender and the Progressive Industries EMS PT50 for my 50 amp service.  Does anyone have any experience with either unit? Thanks Jack

    Extensions

We are new to camping and have some basic questions. Is it necessary to have an extension cord for power hook ups? Is it necessary to have extra wast hose for some campgrounds? If the answer to either is yes then how long is adequate for most applications? Thanks Jack
