I mis-directed you... Of course the water inlet will have a water hook up - one to fill the tanks, and another for when we want to use the "city water" instead of our tanks... I ALSO want a hot/cold hose connection OUTPUT - probably in lieu of an outside shower, and probably on the curb side...

Much agreed. Thanks for confirming that outside kitchens (i cook most meals outside) are a waste of space. A table and a small propane flattop is all I need for outside kitchen.
