We had the nylon bearings replaced in Tuscon,Az at La Mesa Rv. I could see a curve in the slide out and  ask the tech to look at it, he said it would not be a problem. I will have to call HWH and get their opinion.

The main slideout has nylon[?] bushings/bearings the slide mechanism rides in and out on. Mine have been falling out in pieces.
