This 5th wheel located in Ferndale, WA (North of Bellingham) is in very good, well maintained condition and has traveled only 7500 miles. We have deployed a dehumidifier as needed. This 5th wheel is 35'.
The many upgrades we have done are as follows:
1) RV King Sleep Number mattress.
2) Acuva UV drinking water filtration at the kitchen sink.
3) RV Airflow installed in both ac units, has increased efficiency by approximately 40%.
4) 960 Watts of solar.
5) Victron charge controller, Multiplus 3000W inverter and battery monitor.
6) 7-Battle Born 100 Amp hour lithium batteries.
7) Furrion backup camera.
8) Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
9) Progressive Dynamics 50-Amp EMS.
10)Replaced Nautilus water manifold with rebuilt more robust, simpler and in an unlikely event a valve fail - significantly less expensive and easier to replace.
