I had two hydraulic jacks that wouldn't deploy. On the leveling pad the name RVA Escondido CA, small world we live 10 miles South. I found there web site and looked over the parts and figured I needed extend valves. The lady at the front desk asked if I had talked to anyone about my problem, no I had not.  She thought the switches were probably the culprit, bought two new switches 20 min later all is well. I didn't get her name, but she saved me a lot of money, and time changing the wrong parts. I need to stop in and buy her diner, what a great lady. This motor home has been a real learning experience, but loving every minute of it!
Happy rookie Camper, :)

Glad to hear that the people at RVA were so helpful.  We have the same system and the only time I called because I needed some advice they also were very pleasant.
