80's 37 foot winnebago flat tow

im in south fla  found a rv in texas price is right but it in texas im in fla  and it needs trany.....?????
can it be flat towed with hd pick up...?
howi get it to fla....
i can redo trans. here in fla.  .....
dont know much about texas.....

Assuming it's a gasser with a GM/Mopar/Ford transmission, would it make sense to take a transmission to it and swap them out? And that's assuming everything else is driveable.

I've also seen them towed on a flatbed or a lowboy if you have enough shazam to pull the weight of both the RV and trailer. Then there's the overall height issue.

You may be getting perilously close to too much trouble, too much money, and too many miles to keep your great price intact when you are finished picking it up. Kind of a sticky wicket.  8)
