Air conditioner size how do you know for sure

Picking up our new RV and the salesman stated and it lists the AC being 15k. How do i know for sure it isn?t a 13k?  I dont have any real reason to not trust what they say but i was wondering for my own knowledge to validate the size.  Thank you

Owners manual, feature list, Mfg brochure for the model of your RV.
What year, make & model is the RV?

Ok the BTU capacity is on a sticker or stamped metal plate on the UPPER unit. Often if you remove the ceiling cover and look UP perhaps with the aid of a flash light you will see it.

If not removing the shroud (up on the roof) and look about you should see it.

As mentioned it can usually be seen by looking up inside the air return under the removable filter.

Knowing the make and MODEL will probably confirm the size.
