Here is a neat mapping tool which could be used for short range planning, like leaving a highway and getting into a camground or Walmart, etc. Its an adaptation of Google Maps.
Its for biking, walking, and such activities so may Jerry could use it with his GPS when he does his morning walk. (We don't want him to get lost
)
I did a couple of cases where you leave the interstate and want to see an Aeriel view of getting into a campground. You can find the precise distances to travel from point a to b to c and on.

For some reason I yet to figure out, I can't get Google Earth to work on my laptop but this is web based and works fine so its a plus for me.
