I didn't see anything to tell you if it still has a charge or if it's passed the expiration date?
Kind of like having a flare gun on a boat and all the shells have expired. Stuck in the middle of no-where and no way to signal for help. In this case, on-fire and no way to extinguish it.
I look at the gage on my fire-extinguishers all the time. The one in the garage is eye level and located below the garage door opener. The one in the rv is next to the exit door and I look at it every time I go in or out. the one in the boat is next to the captains seat and I look at it every time I start the motor. I do the same for the extinguisher in my office at work. A habit I acquired when I used to do monthly safety inspections.
