App for Optimum Solar Panel Angle???

Is there an app that allows me to input a location / date and returns with the optimum solar panel angle?

This isn't an app but with latitude from Google maps you'd be good to go:


"The optimum tilt angle is calculated by adding15 degrees to your latitude during winter, and subtracting15 degrees from your latitude during summer."

If you just use your latitude without correction you'll be very close
