On a recent trip, after three days of solid rain, my awning started leaking getting us wet sitting under it.  Is there a product, like maybe "Camp Dry" that may work to seal it so it doesn't leak on future trips?  It was raining real hard for several days before it started leaking, I don't know if it's coming from the seam, or where it's attached to the MH, but it's not leaking by the door, but on the right side half of the awning.  Thanks

What type of awning material? Acrylic fabric requires waterproofing, just like old fashioned canvas, but use a waterproofing agent that specifies acrylic, or at least synthetic fabrics, on its label.  Vinyl awnings do not use water proofing and any leak must be a pin hole or crack. Use a vinyl repair tape or sealer on those.

Awnings also leak at sewn seams - the holes punch for the thread can ooze water.  Water proofing (Camp Dry or similar) may help that.

There may be a seam in the awning track as well.  If the leak is there, you need to re-caulk it from the top (requires doing it from the roof).
