We are now at the Terry Bison Ranch near Cheyenne, Wyo.  Settled in and went over to have Buffalo Ribs.  Excellent meal and even the Blue Cheese dressing was the best I had ever tasted.  After eating and while reading the forum I decided some of the framily would enjoy a photo of a Buffalo heard,  So I have attached a couple photos I had just taken.

It's great to see that concerned people are helping the buffalo make a comeback from almost extinction. I've heard that the Sioux reservation in one of the Dakostas has the largest herd in the US, not sure if that is true or not though. Heck, there is even a "ranch" in Kentucky close to Mammoth Cave that has a fairly large herd.

When I get anywhere near that area I absolutely have to stop at that smoked fish place in Petosky just north of the KOA on the water side of the road. Sure wish they would ship, but they won't.
