I'm thinking of repairing a rotten roof and sidewalls on my 36 ft 94 Winnebago adventurer, the back 8 ft or so is soft and the outside panels have delaminated, is it better to remove the entire roof skin and outer wall skin, or should I just determine where the rot is at and cut the exterior from there to back.
