Can you post short video clips on this forum? I have not seen any posted or any hints as to the format requirements of attached files.

None of the video file formats are accepted for uploading, so posting a link is the way to go...

The allowed file attachment formats are .txt, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, and .gif.
