Wow Marty... somehow I missed this post until today. That tree did indeed fall a bit too close. Sorry about your awning motor. I hope you get it resolved fast and cheap.

Thanks Kev, it will be taken care of in Nov when I get back to Ca.  It won't be cheap though!

Agreed. If the tree had fallen a towards the rig, it was plenty tall enough to hit us. And it just so happens to be the side I sit on!
