Cummins cracked manifolds

Hi Jim,

If you have the Cummins 350 HP ISC engine you may want to check the exhaust manifolds. They consist of two sections. When I had my MH in service at Cummins the technician noticed a crack in the forward located manifold and replaced it under warranty. He said it happens more and they had several in stock which tells you something. At that time the coach was over 4 years old and had 50 K miles on it.

Hi Chris,

I'll check it, thanks. I really hate to remove the stuff from under the bed but do have to find out if I have a problem. Think I might do it today. We won't be traveling much until fall but want it resolved before then. Unfortunately our coach is 5 1/2 years old so they may not cover it. We'll have to see.
