Hi, I have a 2021 Keystone Springdale and I’m having problems with my toilet. I broke the water valve when the hard freeze happened so I replaced it. But not when I try to fill the toilet bowl up the water just flushes it won’t fill up. I’m confused as to why this is happening and it’s pretty aggravating, I did clean the and examine the flush valve seal and the ball in the toilet and I didn’t see anything wrong with it. I need some answers.

If it won;'t fill odds are the ball valve in the bottom of the toilet is not returning to ther fully seated position. this may be due to the spring which is attached to the vlave assembly being blocked or otherwise damaged or it may be due to the ball itself being cracked, broken or damaged.

If your toilet has the original nylon shaft that may be the problem. the replacement kits have a brass shaft .

ARE YOU PUSHING DOWN ON THE FOOT PEDAL TO FILL,? OR LIFTING UP AS YOU SHOUD BE??.>>>Dan
From the manual:

Flush Pedal
1. To add water to the toilet, depress the flush pedal part way. Water flows into the bowl while the flush ball remains closed.
2. If the flush ball moves, let up on the pedal slightly.

Most likely, your issue is because the rubber flush ball seal is not seated properly. You can remove it, lubricate it with lithium grease, and reinstall it, making sure it is seated all the way around. Be sure to wear rubber gloves!!!!!

Had the same problem, replacing the rubber flush ball seal fixed it.
