Hi all. Had to finally replace my 16 Norcold gas electric refrigerator. Had to do it quickly as on my way to Montana. Bought a 12 volt DMC4101 and had it installed. Seems to be working fine. My problem is adjusting the shelves. The shelves have two locks on the back of the shelves. The directions that come with the manual are very vague, putting a screwdriver blade in a notch in the lever at the end of the lock. Can't find that notch and pushing on that lever doesn't move anything. Then I found a video showing putting the blade in a slot in the middle of the lock, pushing on it and at the same time sliding the lever open. I tried many times bout could not get the lock to slide open. Hoping someone might have the same type of shelve locks and have the answer to how to open them.
