Hello, I'm another newbie who was recommended to check out the RV Forum.  It appears this may be a great place to learn the ins and outs of RV life.  My husband and I hope to be retired within 2-5 years (have just reached our 6th decade).    Neither of us have done much camping, but it has been my dream to be able to stay extended time at some of the places we have vacationed over the years.  We have joined Workampers and plan to go to their Rendezvous this fall.  Guess that about sums it up.  I'm anxious to learn as much as I can before we retire.

Do lots of reading BEFORE spending any money.  We are here to help educate, solve problems and give lots of opinions!  It is much cheaper to learn from our mistakes than to make them on your own!

If you have never owned an RV I suggest you rent a Class C for a week or two.

You will become a much more informed person when it comes to buying any RV.
