Our 2005 Newmar motorhome has a 5-button Duo Therm control for our ac/heat pump/furnace. The ?zone? button is pressed to display either zone one or zone two. Zone one works properly. But when I press the zone button to go to zone two, the display just goes blank. Any ideas on what?s wrong? Thanks in advance.

Sounds as though it has lost the 2nd zone altogether. My first thought would be to reset the thermostat, using the procedure in the above document. Next would be to make sure the connector for the 2nd zone a/c (and furnace?) is still connected.
