Whom do you feel is at fault on the collapsing toilet issue in the above article, considering the facts reported in the article?

I would suspect some fault on both sides, and there must be more to the story if the Lemon Law was applied.  The toilet problem must have been only one factor as in itself isn't sufficient.  And why didn't he notice an imminent failure before it collapsed?  There must have been some obvious symptoms before that.

Like Ned I suspect some fault on both sides and probaly including the dealer.  Problem is the only one that really makes out in a lawsuit is the darn lawyers.
