Just bought used tow dolly, good amount below current pricing, going through the systems and elec brakes not engaging.
Trouble shooting? Maybe just djustment? I figure at the least, pull wheels and drums. Can't find my compass, so can't easily check to see if magnets are activated. Had my wife apply brakes while I had the wheel off yesterday and the drum moved easily.
