Fan clutch

Hello, just getting ready to leave for two weeks, I spotted oil dripping down one of the fan blades...this is a 2006 GM Kodiak C5500 with the 8.1 L gas motor.  Is there oil or hydro fluid inside the fan clutch assembly that could leak past a seal?

Yes there is fluid inside a fan clutch. If enough leaks out the fan will not lock up and you could run into an overheating problem.
