i just bought this car with hopes of towing 4 down. the dealer sez, no problem, handle like a saturn. next dealer sez only with a dolly with front wheels up. owners manal sez, nothing,  very evasive...... sez to contact my dealer...... called factory......unable to find anyone to help.......... does anyone have any info on this vehicle....... maybe you can steer me to someone who has the infol.    help

Call Remco they are pretty much the authority when it come to determining what can and cannot be towed 4 down.

Unless you have the AWD model, the Rendevous is a front wheel drive vehicle. As far as I know, all front drives require the addition of a transmission lube pump for towing with the front wheels on the pavement. Remco Towing can advise you on that - give them a call or visit their web site. They are very helpful folks.

I'm not sure the AWD model is towable at all, even with a dolly. Again, Remco can advise you.

You should have asked about this BEFORE buying a new car!!
